      laid back most of the time, great company and incredible people,

      Cons

      Upper management pushes us to be the first property to lease up in the market at all costs, but doesn't realize the burden it causes for property management later in the leasing season when we are trying to place students in their units

      Pros

      You have the almost complete autonomy over the strategies you want to put in place, you just have to show you have sound reasoning behind the decisions you are making. I love having the ability to call my Regional Manager or Revenue Manager and make quick decisions when needed. Overall, this company promotes professional growth as long as you put in the time to advance yourself.

      Cons

      None. if you are a marketing manager it is a sales based position. It is a high stress environment if you are not performing. If you build relationships with other experienced employees and listen to the corporate leasing staff it is fairly easy to hit goals and or exceed them.
