Pros

Pay was good and so were the bonuses. It was fun working with the students. I miss my coworkers.

Cons

The corporate office thinks your work is you life. And do not care about their employees. If theydid care, they would have notified me my cobra company was changing and given me the name and address to mail my payments, but they haven't. The last time I was able to speak to hr was Jan. And it's now Mar. In spite of numerous emails and calls. Thank goodness I've found a job with benefits.

Pros

Being a student, this is great experience for my future employment. I love the management team at my Scion Group location. The hours are flexible and reasonable, plus you get your schedule for the entire month which I love.

Cons

Some of the work that we do here is fairly difficult at times but nothing that we do is absurd or unattainable.

Pros

Working at The Scion Group is a very rewarding job for many reasons. Here in student housing there are many different aspects of this jobs that help you build skills for your future professional career. It has helped me learn how to market to a particular clientele, expand my skill set of being a salesman and how to talk to anyone. The most rewarding thing The Scion Group has done for me is letting me have free expression of ideas on events, T-Shirt ideas, and marketing methods always taking my ideas seriously. But most importantly this job has allowed me to meet new co-workers that I have gotten to know well and I have really enjoyed becoming friends with them.

Cons

The average pay for this job is $8.77 and I only get paid $8.00
