Pros

The Scion Group invests in their employees. They provide decent pay and average benefits. Many employees are promoted within.

Cons

Extra work is created on the property level. Many reports are required to be sent twice and conference calls can be time consuming which takes away from actual work. Delay in communication from the corporate office can lead to problems being pushed off. Unrealistic deadlines are set for the property staff, however the corporate office is not held to that same standard. Achieving exceptional performance does not lead to exceptional pay.

Pros

Excellent Benefits, Salary is reasonable, commission earnings during leasing season.

Cons

No work-life balance. Catty managers that suck up to corporate and try to make their employees look bad instead of working together to make everyone's life easier.
