Pros

Certain decisions can be made at property level. Good company structure but way under staffed.

Cons

-Toxic and favoritism leadership. Need to learn their drinking culture. -Extremely high turn over due to corporate undervalue property level employees. -No communication. Commission taken away without a notice. -No employee discount. -No work life balance. They want your life and weekends. -Want numbers from you but don’t approve proposals that you need to succeed. And no initial trainings.
