Pros

When I first started working here it was very fun and exciting. They offer you the opportunity to travel and work with some really great people. They do pay well. There is always something to do.

Cons

There is no work-life-balance working with this company. There is a major lack of diversity. They only promote a very cookie-cutter type of person as opposed to the best candidate for the job. They throw people into positions when they are not ready for it and don't properly train individuals in that position. In my opinion, there lacks a level of professionalism and if you are not trying to be everyone's friends you are not promoted.

Pros

pay is good, benefits not too expensive, 401k match decent, bonus potential also good for GM's. Regional management good and understanding, depending on the region you are in.

Cons

work life balance does not exist the term PTO just means you will be doing your job wherever you elect to take vacation, members of staff remarked they intentionally go on cruises to not have internet or cellular service. Corporate promotes based on favoritism not merit. Corporate departments are basically cliques and if one member of the group does not like you then they all doubt your abilities and begin searching for things you might have done incorrectly, however if someone is liked, even if they cannot or do not know how to do their job, it is impossible to have them fired, even with documentation and proof. Corporate members intentionally contact property staff to gather ammunition to get those they do not like fired, will use this information and not check if it is truthful.
