Pros

There's not a whole lot of good things I can say about this company.

Cons

They didn't really know what they were doing. They have terrible customer service, terrible and extremely expensive (if you have a family) benefits, poor compensation, and are just in general a bad company to work for. They try to spin pay cuts as if they are doing you a favor. I was told they "don't believe" in overtime, so any emergency call outs were either not responded to or you would get in trouble for responding to. I quit as soon as possible!

Pros

the company has high expectations and is competitive, but offers lots of support and rewards people who work hard. Achievements are widely recognized. Managers are willing to listen to new ideas.

Cons

no matter how good you are, they expect you to keep doing better
