Cons

Overall horrible, you have little control or ability to do anything more than call people over and over. The work environment is terrible, the pay is nowhere near competitive, just save yourself the trouble.

Corporate leaders can be out of touch. Will pass the buck and shift responsibility to avoid discipline The WORST HR department that I have ever seen. Next to impossible to hold staff accountable using corrective action plans Favoritism

Work load is unrealistic. Be prepared to not be compensated for the work you’re doing. Management is toxic. They’ll make you feel like you’re part of a team just to extract more from you.
