I worked this job in college. Great flexibility and oftentimes I was able to just do homework or hang out with other coworkers. Got to know the people around my apartment complex and developed a good relationship with maintenance/ the front office.

Cons

Pay was only 11$/hr. Not fantastic but for a college job where I have a bunch of free time it was absolutely worth it for the flexibility.
