The Scion Group reviews

Safety. The issue with Scion is their business model. They essentially prey on broke college students who for whatever reason, had trouble finding on campus housing and have nowhere to stay. Mixed with almost non existent application standards, handled by some cubical buffoon half a world away in Chicago, the immediate property staff has zero say in who is approved. Add on the fact most properties are in less than desirable areas creates a destitute situation where the apartments are packed with criminal elements, often drug dealers, prostitution ect. The poor staff is left to deal with it all. I'd soon rather work at a red roof Inn than step foot back on one of Scion's Hoovervilles. I beg you, stay away.

Horrible experience. Absolutely no training even though I repeatedly asked for it. I was told to ask questions but then when I did it was held against me. The turnover is insane and was told managers only last a year. Extremely stressful job and corporate made it worse. Insane amount of team meeting. Workload is sometimes impossible to manage. Regional is a joke and is more interested in going over nonsense scenarios than training. I felt such relief on my last day and would recommend future employees to look into the actual reviews and not just the fluffed up reviews. Worst company I have ever worked for.
