The work environment was relaxed and did not require a lot of stress.

Cons

The pay is lower than most other companies in the area, but it is worth it for not having a lot of stress at work if that is your goal.

Lack of good leadership and company culture.

Pros

Good people in the corporate office. Hardworking and caring people in the property offices.

Cons

Leadership does not have a good concept of hard work and rewarding that. HR does not properly evaluate complaints or even value feedback. Work life balance across the board is poor. Especially if the company is in the middle of an acquisition.
