Love the work environment with the ETMs. This may take some time to create a great team but with time and care, you too can have a great team.

Cons

The demand in sales is crazy. If you are unable to work under pressure then this is not the market for you They recently created a centralized team which created both a headache for the properties and took away a portion from all properties. Many of them are only operating with two managers.

On-site staff was always pleasant and hard-working.

Cons

I began working for Scion in 2020–which was, admittedly, a difficult year for the majority of us. I’ve worked in the industry for about five years in various roles, but one of the head regional managers made my—but personally and professionally—an absolute nightmare. I would get calls over minor issues at all hours of the night and day. If I did not answer or respond immediately, even if it was after-hours, my loyalty to the company and my position would be questioned. The job itself was enjoyable, but the management made the experience unrelentingly toxic and unprofessional.

Cons

Absolutely the worst management I have ever experienced in my 15 years of being in the work force. The environment is very toxic and you will spend more time chasing down your regional for approvals than actually getting things done. Worst part is, if you are in the clique, you are pushed to the side and treated like you dont matter. I would avoid this company if you want to keep sane.
