Pros

Nice offices. Location is easy just off exit 10. Nice outdoor area to workout during breaks. A few really great managers and long time employees with heart here. Working hours are easy. Relaxed dress code.

Cons

Pay is not competitive. No incentives for performance. Lots of benefit cutbacks due to company performance. No pay increases for few years. Used to be a company that was unionized, so that mentality and approach is still used by management. Morale and culture is draining. DJS is a professional office - technology driven, yet falls under TSG an old school mentality print company - TSG expects DJS to adopt the same practices even though the two cultures are very different.
