-No career advancement, will gaslight employees/managers with promise of growth -No Direct Deposit -Toxic micro management from the top down -Compensation and benefits are below market standard -Highly nepotistic environment

-Restaurant closes early. -Menu is full of delicious food

Cons

-Restaurant has no training program for new team members. -Lack of Support for new team members and management -No home store. Managers are relocated to other stores with little advance notice, nor given information as to why. -No direct Deposit -No dental coverage -Employee discount is extremely small. (Even for managers)
