Pros

Nice neighborhood and many dogs to pet.

Cons

Management is very unprofessional and needs to be fired for their part in firing whistleblower employees. HR needs to be fired for overlooking many SH complaints by staff and taking part in coverups in firing whistleblower employees.

Benefits were nice, guaranteed approved time off when needed.

Cons

With the exception of the store owner, managers had no experience and were hostile to employees. Cycled through different managers regularly, later implemented rules that alienated employees. Mass turnover at the end of each season.

Had pay forwarding(ability to pull some of your check before payday)

Cons

Want you to do restaurant quality work to split tips with everyone. Not good at listening when employees say they need to leave the job boss let my job go into abandonment because he wouldn’t accept my resignation. They want you to act like they actually pay you 21$ an hour it’s 16$ with split tips and the tips do not make it so that you are consistently making 21$ an hour. Overall job is falsely advertised for what it is.
