Pros

make contacts outside the paper for future reference when furthering career. The advertising clients they have are overpaying for less quality and therefore are seeking better advertising options.

Cons

Retail Advertising Management treats employees unfairly. Negativity runs throughout the company. The pay and workload is not worth it. The so called decision makers have been in the same money losing departments and still manage to keep their jobs. If the Star Ledger were like a sports team, they would have been fired after 3 losing seasons.
