Pros

- Your timesheet is online and doesn't require an additional signature. - Generous wellness stipend that's flexible in its application. - Representatives of the guidance team are typically responsive and helpful - For those wanting to get an RBT license or work towards being a BCBA they have programs and tracks available to help.

Cons

- Coworkers have often mentioned their guidance team representative isn't as responsive, so who you have correspondence with can change a lot. - Pay is per diem, if the school is closed for whatever reason you don't get paid.

We appreciate your thoughtful review and are so glad to hear you’re enjoying the flexibility and support, especially the wellness stipend and career development opportunities. We're continuing to standardize communication across teams to ensure consistent experiences for everyone, and we understand the challenges of per diem work. Thank you for being part of the team and for all you do.

Sales as in most companies was the preferred department. Lack of their completing their job made it difficult for everyone else making for long and extra hours for accounting and hr.
