Pros

I love my schools W2 Don’t micromanage you

Cons

Recruiters are impersonal and rude (my recruiter actually mocked me for what I asked for when negotiating the next years contract /to my SLPA./ She didn’t even realize she was my SLPA or that we had different roles in general. That’s how little they care to know about their employees.)

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and for your years of dedication. We regret that your interactions with your recruiter felt impersonal and dismissive—this is never the standard of professionalism we expect. Your feedback about the importance of advocacy and truly knowing our employees is taken to heart and will be shared directly with leadership. Thank you for being candid, and for the care you bring to your students. If you’d like to further share your experience, please reach out to our Human Resources Department at 866-600-7598.
