      If you're not working with an attentive recruiter/hr person, you will find that the company is not responsive to your questions or your needs.

      - Reimbursements for CEUs and job related expenses - willingness to find in person placements - personal experience with clinical manager

      Cons

      - only offered minimum sick days (max annually) and no PTO - if you need medical accommodations and/or FMLA it can be complicated - agency doesn’t provide any materials (not unexpected by others do)
