Pros

Since starting my career in childcare I have been underpaid and overworked that was until I got to the Suzuki School. At the Suzuki School they pay their employees what they should be paid and make sure all their employees are well taken care of, have the supplies that they need, and also the help that is needed to take care of children daily. I have been there for a little over two months and I already feel well appreciated and loved with the Suzuki family. This staff there takes care of all the children equally and make sure a daily each and every child is loved on, taught, and taken care of. I have been there for a little over two months and I already feel well appreciated and loved with the Suzuki family. This staff there takes care of all the children equally and make sure a daily each and every child is loved on, taught, taken care of. The staff from admin to the teachers are great. They also have a training to help you get certified in Montessori education which I also think is a plus as the most schools do not have such trainings. As an employee here at this school I can truly say that I would recommend the Suzuki school to everyone that I know because I know that their children will be taken care of and taught and properly prepared for elementary school. The Suzuki School offers so many extracurricular activities including music, percussion, piano, gym, and ballet as well as foreign language. Joining the Suzuki school family was the best thing that I could do for my career. They are also very flexible when it comes to hours and the needs of their employees. They offer paid holidays, sick time, vacation, as well as health and insurance benefits. I had never been offered health benefit from a child care provider until I got to the Suzuki School. I truly love being here. Amber
