Way too much housekeeping and warehouse duties. I am a salesperson, with no disrespect to any other person's position...just keep me doing what I do well.

There are None this place is the worst ever!!!!!!! RUN> Do not even waste a minute with these losers!

Cons

Other sales people steal all of your sales. Can't make any money and the training pay is cut if any holidays fall in that time period but you still have to work 5 days without compensation. They make ladies lift 80 pound boxes of tile. You have to clean bath rooms and the whole store. Yu are 100% commission but unable to tell people so the older sales people can take all your sales. They lie and tell people they can order with anyone but not that the person who worked with you 3 days will get nothing for their work. It is below minimum wage! You can't take a lunch or you lose your customer if they come back.
