Pros
The pay is good for supervisors but for the average Joe working, they need to pay more. They bust their humps day in and day out, not work the hastle. You can get paid more working fast food
Cons
Pay for hourly employees is not good at all. Also you can get fired (like me) for someone changing a recipe behind your back and when the product comes back bad, you get the blame and fired with no chance to defend yourself.
