      Pros

      Amazing Benefits! 401K, Vacation, Health, Dental, Vision, Legal Services, Employee Assistance Programs, Company paid Life insurance, and much more... Make as much money as you want! There is no cap to what you can earn! Company takes care of its people very well, and advancement opportunities are everywhere!

      Cons

      Advertising needs to beef up a bit. Finally starting into radio and mailers, but some billboards and commercials on bigger channels would go a long way. Most of the upper management is outstanding! However there is always one who doesn't treat people the way they should be treated and/or give them what they need to be successful.

      Pros

      Great hours, and flexible schedule. Sales team is very nice and supportive, and customers are generally very up beat and excited to renovate their homes.

      Cons

      Warehouse management does not train new employees. You will either learn on your own, or not learn at all. Not allowed to work independently regardless of ability to do so. For example, was not allowed to use the forklift until 2 months working. Took 2 hours to master it, could have been allowed on the first week if not day. Oh well, GL.
