Lots of room for advancement, no limit on what you can make. Company is still growing and is continuing to evolve.

Cons

Retail business. As with any, weekends and holidays are necessary.

Lets face it. I like the pay checks. Not everyday looks the same. New projects everyday and the ability to design a space that is going to be in someones house for a lifetime. My schedule is also constant.

Cons

The Ford Pitt tunnel is always under construction. Guessing how long it will take to get to work can be a challenge.
