      Pros

      There is absolutely nothing positive to say about working here. Its basically free labor and demoralizing work. You can make more working at a fast food restaurant telling peoplw that theyre only allowed one barbecue sauce.

      Cons

      Everything about the company. The pay structure is horrid. They basically steal from you. There is no room for growth. You work 6 days a week to have your money stolen.

      Pros

      The money was good, the crew I was responsible for were an access.

      Cons

      Slow at implementing necessary changes, upper management really were not interested in any suggestions from workers in the trenches that would benefit the company as a whole. They had all the answers. Even though they claimed to want our feed back. Turn for sales rep is high and turn over managers is also high.
