Pros

Loved working with my co workers, great work experience with customers, great learning experience, can not think of anything else the was a pro to working for the tile shop.

Cons

NO family time, 100% commission (pay below min. wage), if you don't make amout they set you at they take money out of your check, awful benefit package, heavy lifting, average 120+ hours per pay period, if your customer comes back to make purchase and you are not available others take your sale and commission. Lots of backstabbing encouraged by store manager. I could go on and on

The Tile Shop is an expanding company with many opportunities with lots of room for growth. You can quickly work your way into management positions with hard work. The compensation is great and the sky is the limit. They also have a great benefits package.

Cons

Standing on hard surfaces all day.
