Pros
:None. If you like 60 to 80 hour weeks where they say your work/life ratio is important... and you consistently pull 6:45 AM to 9:15 PM shifts.... this is for you.
Cons
Extremely high turnover among the Stores. All levels. Sales. Assistant Manager. Store Manager. I know personally of more than 3 stores that have had more than 4 Store Managers in less than 1 calendar year. While I was a Store Manager... in less than 6 months I had 3 different Regional Managers and a made up Market Manager as well........ Terrible place to work.
