      Pros

      Plenty of room for upward mobility. Good pay structure that rewards hard work and good customer service. Beautiful showrooms to use as a selling tool. This job has changed my life. Constant training that keeps you sharp on the sales floor.

      Cons

      Many hours.Lots of pressure on store managers. management pay has decreased slightly this year.
