Learned a lot about sales techniques. Typical commission pitfalls and retail hours which can be hard, but definitely easier inside sales position. If you are young, motivated and mobile, great upward mobility potential

Cons

Hours are tough. Commission positions can be competitive. Know how to hold your own

Worked here for a long time. Some great people still at corporate. Open culture and open door policy. Stores very well layed out and great product to sell

Cons

No work/life balance. Work extremely hard for below average compensation. Senior management not open about the goals or plans.
