      Pros

      Great lifeline coworkers. Great supervisors/support. Relaxed atmosphere. Extreme scheduling flexibility/accommodations. Great place to work if you're a gay white cis-male. And/or of higher socioeconomic status.

      Cons

      Not as inclusive as one might hope for. Extreme lack of diversity, and despite numerous complaints about it, higher ups clearly don't care. Many persons of color share a common feeling of being unwelcome, and un-valued. Classist.

      A challenging time for the organization

      Pros

      Trevor does great work and provides hope for countless LGBTQ young people.

      Cons

      Trevor's current board chair keeps a firm grip on the organization and actively micro manages the day to day operations. Recently, it was announced that the board selected one of its own as the new CEO. This move should indicate that the board wants to be more involved in operations. Trevor will most likely continue to do good work, but the striking management choices and turnover at the executive and VP level should be acknowledged, especially for those seeking employment within the organization.
