Due to different locations there was room to transfer and grow. Well organized. Health Insurance was good.

Nice place of work, decent salary based on employees' knowledge of job descriptions.

Cons

Turnover of staff members, due to unorganized rules and decisions. Short lunch hours and breaks of 15 minutes are not often taken. Even if management states must to take it. Management turn over is not as knowledgeable and as professional as someone who has full college degree but as an acquaintance, with the knowing of the higher management, such as the CEO.

Benefits are great. Management is ok.

Cons

Not enough phlebotomist. The work loads are too much. Too much favorites in the company from the leads. so you not receiving fair judgements. The leads lie on the phlebotomist management believe the leads over phlebotomist. No advancements in the company.
