Nice group of people. Management is friendly and make rounds occasionally to floors to check on employee and patient's needs.

Cons

Lack of structure in career building and ongoing education is minimal at best. For profit corporation so every dollar is tightly budgeted.

CEO and Administration are racist, sexist and discriminate against all....I mean ALL! They try and hide it but it comes creeping out when you least expect it.
