Pros

The people at the Post are great to work with! Additionally, the firm is exploring new ventures and is working to advance the synergy of its digital and print products.

Cons

At the same time, the increasing use of tablets and other print substitutes have put a lot of pressure on the firm.

Thank you for taking time to write a review. We love hearing about our employees’ positive experiences. You mentioned the pressure felt as the world enters the digital age. We're proud of our successes around this- we've doubled our web traffic in three years (Check out this article: http://bit.ly/2fy8O0L). Thank you for choosing to be part of The Washington Post team!

Pros

The people are nice. Certainly brand recognition. it's good for the resume.

Cons

Managers are totally incompetent. Getting paid a fraction of what other people in my position at competitors get. Constant misdirection and foggy communication.

Pros

Good to have on your resume

Cons

Highly political, packing with people with pedigree degrees who think they are smart but can't execute any original ideas. Pockets of good people but the short story is that the company is toxic. Don't go there unless you need a temporary place while you are looking for a real job.
