Pros

The Washington Post is an incredible company to work for. Our brand allows us to help many companies tell their stories and reach a robust audience. Tons of flexibility in the remote work setting during COVID and smart, thoughtful and strategic senior leadership.

Cons

Do feel pay is not as competitive for sales and marketing teams as other friends in the industry.

Pros

Generally very collaborative atmosphere, strong, thoughtful leadership, and great colleagues. Competitive benefits and room for growth.

Cons

It's a very large company with a long history, so there are many silos, especially between print, digital and business. The company is aware of this and working towards changing it, but it may take some time.
