Pros

Great place to work, very friendly and welcoming, provided enough training, very clean, residents are great, and they offer great opportunities to advance your position.

Cons

I don't really have many cons, honestly. I guess that the DON retention isn't that great, and they cycled through many during the end of my time there.

Pros

Amazing team to work with (outside of upper management) and wonderful older adults to keep company and help thrive.

Cons

A lot of holes in nursing staffing, many big issues overlooked or swept under the rug to continue to rake in new residents. The specialty care floors promise excellent 24 hour care with no follow through, leading to injuries and unnecessary harm to residents. Upper management are usually in their offices, not interacting with the residents or other hands-on team members. Focused on making money over keeping residents safe and well.
