poor relations between corporate and communities

nice working environment, rewarding to interact with residents

Cons

top-down management style from corporate to communities; corporate determines policies and procedures without sufficient input from community management, thereby resulting in unrealistic expectations; corporate does not listen to the needs of the communities nor do they truly understand what is happening within the communities; lack of caring about employee morale

The residents are really great and the nurses are great to work with.

Cons

The management is really cheap, those who are unlicensed are making as much as the licensed CNAs. A co worker was left to work here for over a year with multiple instances of abuse towards residents.

The residents were amazing can’t help but fall in love them Benefits were OK

Cons

Awful management Staff talks very poorly about the residents- it’s very sad Staff talks poorly about each other, it was worse than high school. Mangers drink on the job Favoritism There is no “team” work.
