      Pros

      Beautiful buildings. Overall coworkers at the communities are great.

      Cons

      Where to start. Talk a good game but no follow through. My "orientation" was awful. Did not disclose to me that I would be on call 24/7 and was back up for call ins if no replacement could be found. Upper management had favorites and screwed over permanent longer term staff. Cut staff hours without notice thus screwing them out if benefits.

      Thank you for taking the time to post this review, we want all team members to feel they can be honest with us about their experiences and I am truly sorry to hear yours did not live up to your expectations. From what you describe, the job was not what you expected and we should have done a better job describing some of our programs. We have worked hard in the last 4 months to enhance our on-boarding program to ensure consistency and transparency in the role and expectations. Our monthly all team member orientation called “The Waters Way” is getting excellent reviews as we have made modifications and we are working with leadership in our communities on ensuring adequate staffing.       One of largest female owned companies in the State of MN. Everyone works together as family and it's a growing organization with a heart

      Cons

      There are some growing pains, as with all companies, as the growth trajectory accelerates. But the collaborative effort makes it a fabulous company to work for.
