Great residents, beautiful facility, convienant location

Cons

Poor management, caretakers are awful. Sleeping on shift, refusing to do cares for residents. Smoking marijuana on break and then coming back to pass meds to residents.

Great place to work, very friendly and welcoming, provided enough training, very clean, residents are great, and they offer great opportunities to advance your position.

Cons

I don't really have many cons, honestly. I guess that the DON retention isn't that great, and they cycled through many during the end of my time there.
