Pros

You form great relationships with your residents and their family! The facilities are beautiful and they offer many great events for their residents in the assisted living side as well as memory care. There is a bus that takes people from the assisted living side to various places or events throughout Minneapolis. They also offer many fun events for their residents at the facility including Happy Hour! You can wear your own clothes as long as they are business casual and look nice.

Cons

The insurance isn't the greatest, but they do offer 401K and and HSA, which they contribute to even if you don't. They do need more CNA's at times.

The residents are all pretty great, the facility I worked at was generally in good condition, it didn't feel like a typical nursing home, some of the staff actually cared about the residents, pay is OK

Cons

The management really is awful. Turnover for the higher-ups is high which led to a lot of uncertainty. The amount of drama among CNAs and sometimes the RNs is crazy. It isn't so much teamwork as it is be ready to gossip and dislike the people the herd doesn't like. People don't show up for shifts and don't seem to get reprimanded.
