Horrible Management

Pros

Residents who lives at community made it a joy to come to work. Hard working Co-workers who cared for the right reasons.

Cons

Executive Director had her favorite managers. Managers never present in buildings. Asked for workers to work when short but never say thank you. Discrimination in race. If you weren’t white, don’t expect to be treated fairly.

Pros

nice working environment, rewarding to interact with residents

Cons

top-down management style from corporate to communities; corporate determines policies and procedures without sufficient input from community management, thereby resulting in unrealistic expectations; corporate does not listen to the needs of the communities nor do they truly understand what is happening within the communities; lack of caring about employee morale

Pros

You form great relationships with your residents and their family! The facilities are beautiful and they offer many great events for their residents in the assisted living side as well as memory care. There is a bus that takes people from the assisted living side to various places or events throughout Minneapolis. They also offer many fun events for their residents at the facility including Happy Hour! You can wear your own clothes as long as they are business casual and look nice.

Cons

The insurance isn't the greatest, but they do offer 401K and and HSA, which they contribute to even if you don't. They do need more CNA's at times.
