The residents are all pretty great, the facility I worked at was generally in good condition, it didn't feel like a typical nursing home, some of the staff actually cared about the residents, pay is OK

Cons

The management really is awful. Turnover for the higher-ups is high which led to a lot of uncertainty. The amount of drama among CNAs and sometimes the RNs is crazy. It isn't so much teamwork as it is be ready to gossip and dislike the people the herd doesn't like. People don't show up for shifts and don't seem to get reprimanded.

Innovative, collaborative, supportive co-workers and leadership, amazing work environments focusing on health and well being for residents and staff, striving to redefine senior living!

Cons

There are some growing pains, as with all growing companies, The collaborative effort of everyone makes it a great company to work for. I can't wait to see where we are at in 5 years!
