Zappos has changed in the last year. The company has lost site of culture.

The dress code is relaxed, which is really nice. Free food and drinks. Some great people. It used to be a great company when I first started.

Cons

Downtown has become the only focus. Tony lost interest in the employees that made him where he is today. Amazon taking over Zappos has changed the great things about Zappos.

Easy place to work very little is expected of you and when things do go wrong you are normally give numerous opportunities to correct it

Cons

Complete lack of management. No idea when it comes to implementing a success software methodology (agile here should be described as "fragile".) All senior talent has left or is reading interview books brushing up their skills during work hours.
