Great pay and the best benefits I ever had. Made a few life long friends there and had a few supervisors who actually cared

Cons

You won't get promoted unless you sleep or party with management. Doesn't care about employees

Pros

Great people. Casual atmosphere. Free coffee. All the stuff you get at most good companies these days.

Cons

Low pay even for seniors positions. Change in title and responsibility does not equal increase in pay. Some sr. managers and directors have no idea what they are doing (others are good). I personally left because I was teaching my boss more than he was teaching me.

Pros: Free food (lunch) and snacks, great benefits

Cons

Since Amazon has taken over the great benefits and such have probably changed but from what I understand pay has increased. The work environment is somewhat poor in that you are expected to meet quotas which in my opinion are not attainable. To truly meet their demands you must cut corners. It is an ok job if you are desperate and are willing to work extended hours during the holidays.
