Thorough training program to prepare for the day to day work. Actual work is relatively easy.

Cons

Rampant favoritism in management that affects advancement opportunities and workload. If you do not accept all extra work offered by management they will never assist again. Clear favorite employees and imbalanced workload if you are a competent member of the team. most of the day is spent dealing with upset patients Poor company benefits and time off policies
