Cons

Horrible place to work, no work life balance. Your ideas are not welcomed you are treated like a cog in the system. POOR leadership in the U.K. obsessed with pleasing the CEO not matter what and if you don’t agree with certain things your job is threatened. Worst place I have ever worked don’t be fooled by the other posts you see here.

A "health and wellness" company that fails to look after it's own employees

Pros

Passionate and talented people in many areas of the business, who take pride in what they do.

Cons

A "health and wellness" company that doesn't care or show any consideration when it comes to dismissing employees (which happens regularly!!) My own team and even senior manager weren't aware I was being made redundant until I was gone within the day. Brutal would be one word to describe it.
