Pros

We're growing and digging ourselves out of a hole financially (which also makes it difficult). Lots of smart, good people at the company. Products are mostly good.

Cons

Disorganized processes lead to fire drills, mediocre talent in leadership roles, cliquey, uninspiring, very tight on budgets unless you're in with the right people and sell yourself well then you can get $, all male C-Suite (mostly white)
