The people. We have the most integrated team this company has ever seen. Not only do we have clear objectives from Executive Management and strong team leads, but we also have a smart, highly collaborative, caring workforce with passion for ensuring that more people know about Therabody and consider our products. It's also meaningful to do work that actually helps people treat pain and stress on their own.

Cons

This company has seen some bumps along the road in its 8 years. Under new leadership since January 2023, it feels like we are on the right track.
