Strong, proactive leadership. It doesn't get any better than Jerre van den Bent, who personally advocates fervently for Texas families to get fair healthcare at the capitol. Therapy 2000 is referred to in other states where I've traveled as the benchmark for home health practice. Continuing education and evidence-based practice is essential there, with the highest of ethical standards in the industry. I miss this agency so much! My clinical team and the upper management still feel like family to me. They gave me ample opportunity to foster my work/life balance. Compensation/benefits were always in the upper brackets nationally.

Cons

Home health care in Texas necessitated a bit of flexibility. Thankfully T2000 gave us all ample opportunity to broaden our foundation and ride the waves with scheduling and caseload opportunities in different areas.
