      Pros

      Only pro is you get to help children and families.

      Cons

      This company has very high retention, no one ever stay. High stress and definite not worth risking your mental health and family life for an owner like that. It is difficult for clinic management to support staff, b/c you are always in meetings 8 hrs or more of your day multiple times a week. The executive management team is always changing policies and procedures. Therapist do not have documentation time at all, very fast passed, barely have time to breath. No work life balance, as a manger you are expected to work 24/7. Favoritism, if management does not like you they will do what they can to get you to quit or get fired. The company makes it difficult for you to call out or use your PTO. A lot of labor violations and shady bulling to families insurance.

      You will get hours? Multiple locations? Hopefully one close to the home? Im trying. It's hard. Some fantastic employee's--Just terrible top down leadership

      Some of the patients and their parents are fantastic and a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      Long hours. Favoritism runs rampant. (FYI: once you start working at Therapy Tree for a year, management starts treating you poorly because they know you are disposable and the burn out is real. The system is intended to fail and they know that. No one at Therapy tree lasts more than 2 years unless you happen to be upper management.) Unbearable workload and meager pay. Unprofessional, annoying, and incompetent upper management. Lack of support when needed. Micromanaged and put on the spot by management when help is not needed. No boundaries at this company. Your role and responsibilities are never ending. Gaslighting is an issue. Your needs and opinions clearly do not matter. Internet and air conditioning will shut down for days on end. They leave employees with inhumane working conditions.
