Pros

Great people to work with Great Clients Can be a lot of fun. Good BCBA Supervision

Cons

Sketchy admin Practices Changes in policy with no warning (Will not produce an actual policy handbook and if they do, they will change it to fit what they are currently saying) They will treat you good at first, promise lots of things and give you hours to work however, the longer you work there, the less they are wanting to put effort in and will go back on their word. The company does not value you as a worker and just as a body to fill in. Claims that client treatment is the biggest priority but will schedule new hires with no credentials or experience over someone who has been with the company for several years and is fully certified because of full time availability over part time. High turn around rate- probably due to them treating their employees awfully. No opportunity to move up, promises raises and then doesn't give out any.

Pros

Some of the staff. The children and the families.

Cons

The entire company is insane. No oversight, no knowledge of what is actually happening in the buildings or what we face. They treat the building management horribly for running the buildings as best they can. They force us to take kids we couldn’t that are more than 1:1. Unreal expectations and terrible benefits. Enough with the energy bus garbage. We see the way upper management treat the leaders here. It affects culture. Manage the top down.

Pros

Flexible hours for those still in school

Cons

As an RBT working towards their masters to be a BCBA working here has made me lose passion in the field. I want to think that no one intends to be a bad clinician but the BCBAs at my clinic use way too many punishment procedures too quickly without evaluating their resources or alternate reinforcement procedures. Their caseloads are overwhelming and the BCBAs can’t even properly explain to me the treatments they wrote themselves when I ask for assistance. A lot of the RBTs here have an embarrassing lack of knowledge of basic ABA concepts for people who work in the field everyday. I feel like I’m constantly having to speak to them like I would to a person who is unfamiliar with ABA.
