Flexible hours, competitive pay, receive a lot of coaching in the behavior field.

Cons

Not enough supervisors to give instruction/help train workers.

Amazing families and just getting to see the progress in each kiddo!

Cons

The management was terrible. I worked there for nearly 5 years and was not treated fairly. The company does not care about employees, just charging the families of the kids we serve way too much money.

Great place to work for people who have a passion for children and children with special needs.

Pros

The kids and parents are amazing, the pay is fair, the environment is fun, and the people who work there are awesome. Additionally, the amount of coaching and experience that you receive while on the job is great. All of the behavior technicians generally improve their skills very rapidly due to supervision and coaching from the lead RBT's and the BCBA's.

Cons

With this job comes a lot of emotional stress and the job can be physically taxing (depending on who you are). I would not recommend for people who do not work well in fast paced, high stress environments. This type of job is not for everyone, but for the right type of person, this job is great.
